Looking around, it feels as if one is viewing a painting. One must believe that the tourists do not want to leave.
On March 21st, together with like-minded friends from various universities in Guizhou, we came to Anshun, which is known as the "belly of Guizhou and throat of the mountains". We visited Longgong Scenic Area, which combines typical karst scenery and religious and cultural landscapes.
Previously, we only heard about it. But when we actually arrived here, we felt that it was quite different from what we had imagined. The scenic area is much larger than I had expected. We spent the whole day exploring here and enjoyed every scenic spot and every piece of landscape.
As soon as we entered the scenic area, we got off the bus and headed straight for the visitor center. Looking out of the window, we saw a large field of sunflowers. On closer inspection, it turned out to be the character "dragon". We were immediately amazed.

Entering Longzi Square, I saw a stone forest. The tour guide told us that this was symbolizing the birth of nine sons of the dragon. After passing Longzi Square, we continued to take the bus towards the central scenic area. There is a river that runs through the entire scenic area. The tour guide said that this is the upper reaches of the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The water is very clear and peaceful. But when it reaches Huangguoshu, it presents a completely different scene, gathering all its strength just to pour down thousands of feet? Perhaps so. At least for now, no one can tell that it has such an energy.

After walking for a while, I passed by a pavilion with a red lantern hanging above it. The red lantern caught my attention and made me stop. Such large scenic areas also have unexpected little touches.
After walking for a while on foot, I saw a bridge in the distance. There were quite a few people on it. When I got closer, I noticed that behind the bridge there was a "dragon" lying horizontally in the water. Turning around to look at the sign behind it,
it was called "Dragon Bridge". Maybe the time I went there was not quite right. The fallen leaves from both sides of the bridge fell into the river, making the dragon look a bit embarrassed.

There was a platform in front. The tour guide asked us to stand on that platform and said that in the past, young men and women here used to stand at this spot and sing love songs to each other. Auntie
Mother was standing on the opposite bank. The thick foliage covered the girl's face, giving her an appearance as if she were half-shrouded in a lute. Hmm, this is much more beautiful than the current way of sending short messages to college students. After walking just a few steps, a rock by the river that looked very much like a dolphin caught my attention.

After a few steps, there is the "Shou" wall. On a stone, there is a huge "Shou" character, with a "Fu" character in the middle. The tour guide said that closing your eyes and touching the "Fu" character in the middle can ensure the happiness and health of your family. Then came the wonder of the world. It felt like the water was a little small, but still I was amazed by the divine craftsmanship of nature.
Taking the elevator up, there was a sense of sudden clarity. There was another scene. After walking for a while, I saw someone on a boat. It seemed to be middle-aged or elderly aunties and uncles. I waved and greeted them while shaking their hands. The distance from strangers wasn't that far, was it?

Next comes the highlight of the entire trip - visiting the cave. We were divided into groups of nine people per boat, and we took a total of three boats. The Longgong Cave is not very long, but the wonders inside are truly unforgettable. Compared to the cave in Guilin and the cave in Chongqing, this time's visit to the Longgong Cave was even more impressive. Dragon
The Gonglong Cave offers a wider and more expansive view. With the addition of modern elements and colorful lights, it becomes even more aesthetically pleasing.

After leaving the cave, we continued walking on the mountain path. This mountain path really exhausted a group of energetic college students. Telling my friends about it, I said that this scenic area was truly worthwhile. It involves both climbing and taking a boat ride. No other scenic area could be so impressive. It was almost as if it were flying in the sky. Laughing and chatting, we saw a rock with the word "Herb Valley" on it. It seemed like the style from a Jin Yong novel. Maybe if I sprained my ankle here, my friends could pick some herbs for me to heal it! With my rich imagination, I thought like this.

When climbing to a place close to the top of the mountain, there is a bell tower with a big bell on it. Ringing the bell is believed to bring good luck. When we lined up to ring the bell, our heads felt buzzing. I'm sure it must be the after-effect of ringing the bell. Hmm.

Not far away is a zip line. It goes from one mountain top to the other, costing 40 yuan per person. College students, with their youthful vigor and bravery, all want to take it. However, about a dozen people persisted in negotiating with the boss and managed to get a price of 25 yuan per person. Everyone can also take the zip line when visiting Longgong. Although it's not as thrilling as some of the larger ones, it's sufficient for people with average endurance. You can give it a try.

Since we were having a great time skiing, we didn't take any photos. Everyone took the cable car because the guide said it would take about forty minutes to walk from this hilltop to the other one. However, a few friends came over and finished the journey in less than ten minutes. We couldn't help but remark that there were a few bumps here. If you don't want to take the cable car, you can walk instead.

Going down the mountain, there are a series of dry caves that are similar to the water caves. By taking the dry caves, you can go slower and enjoy them for a longer time. After leaving the dry caves, you will arrive at the famous Guanyin Cave. There aren't many people in Guanyin Cave. Go and bow to your good friend, offer incense, hoping that the Buddha in the Dragon Palace will be more responsive and fulfill our wishes.
After leaving Guanyin Cave, you will reach the main attraction - the Dragon Palace Cave. The Dragon Palace Cave is not crowded. Bow to the Buddha, offer incense, and hope that the Dragon Palace Buddha will be more responsive and fulfill our wishes.
After walking for a long time, everyone has become tired. So, everyone stopped by the roadside to have a bowl of noodles. It was really spicy and delicious. If you don't like it being too spicy, remember to tell the merchant. The locals are very easy-going. The noodles cost eight yuan each. Since it's in the scenic area, it's understandable that the price is a little higher.

We took a sightseeing bus to Xuan Tang Lake. At first, we didn't notice anything special when we saw the peaceful lake. But after the tour guide explained it, we realized it was quite remarkable. This Xuan Tang Lake is a rare sight of the "water rotates when the mountain doesn't" and "water divides into two parts" in the Dragon Palace. When we went there, the water was relatively small and the water rotation was not very obvious. When it's larger, one might see the peculiar scene of the water rotating clockwise. There are some shops nearby where you can have something to eat. The locals are quite simple and the prices should not be too high.

The last stop was Longzi Village. On the way here, I got a general idea of it. When I arrived, I stopped to take a closer look. If the caves are the miraculous works of nature, then this Longzi Village must be the creation of human wisdom.

The whole day's tour was quite tiring. It really took a whole day to thoroughly explore each scenic spot. If you just have a cursory look, it will only take an afternoon.
If everyone remembers to bring some dry food with them, when you get tired, you can sit on the stone steps, have something to eat and enjoy the scenery. That would be a nice experience.

The Dragon Palace is definitely worth recommending. It's particularly suitable for us young people to go on a spur-of-the-moment trip. Anshun is only a two-hour drive from Guiyang, and the transportation is quite convenient. Personally, I think March and April are good times to visit, because when the rape flowers bloom in the fields, it will be very beautiful!
