Anshun Dragon Palace

       Loong Palace is located in the southern suburb of Guizhou, Anshun, 27 kilometers from Anshun’s city proper, 116 kilometers from Guiyang，and only 30 kilometers from Huangguoshu Waterfalls which is a world-famous tourist attraction.

       Opened to people in 1984, it covers an area of 60 square kilometers and nearly 18 square kilometers for core tourist area. This scenic spot is entitled with the second batch of National Park of China in 1988 and the first batch of 4A Tourist Spots of China. Combined with caves, canyons, waterfalls, peaks, cliffs, rivers, stone forest, funnel, underground river and other different karst geological landscape, Loong palace is the best scenic spot to show comprehensively the karst topography, thus praised as "the world of karst, as Loong Palace".

       Loong Palace consisting of two major theme areas named Longtan secret area and Tongxuan pastoral area owns China’s largest and most beautiful karst caves(the first 、secend entrance), and the biggest Buddhist temple in a cave(Guanyin cave) as well as the largest karst waterfalls in caves(Longmen Waterfall). Moreover, according to China Atomic Energy Authority, it is the scenic area where natural radiation dose rate is the lowest in the world. Possessing advantaged resources such as the world’s largest cluster of karst and dry caves and the biggest single Chinese character “Long” (means dragon)-shape fields. Besides, diverse ethic cultures mainly on Bouyei and Miao nationalities constitute various tourist resources. Not only the rich karst geological features, but also the magic natural landscape and precious colorful national customs pervade the tourist area. Because the unique dragon culture, rustic religious belief and fresh pastoral atmosphere, a fairyland is showed to people’s sight. 

       Tourists are required to purchase the tickets for Longgong Scenic Area, cruise and sightseeing vehicle in advance at least one day in advance. They should choose the entry time according to their itinerary. Tickets for the day will no longer be sold on various platforms.

       The ticket reservation entry time slots are divided as follows: 7:00 - 9:30, 9:30 - 11:30, 11:30 - 13:30, 13:30 - 15:30, 15:30 - 18:0    

       Regular preferential policies for scenic spots:

       Ticket price for Longgong Scenic Area (including boat ride): 130 yuan per person, sightseeing bus: 20 yuan per person, elevator ride upwards: 20 yuan per person

        1. Children: Children under 6 years old (including 6 years old) can enter the park without paying an admission fee, provided they present their ID cards or household registration certificates. Children over 1.2 meters in height (including 1.2 meters) need to purchase boat tickets and sightseeing vehicle tickets.

        2. Elderly: Seniors aged 65 years old and above can enter the park without paying an admission fee, provided they present their ID cards. They need to make online reservations for tickets.

        3. Disabled: Disabled individuals can obtain free admission by presenting their ID cards and disability certificates at the counter. For visually and intellectually disabled individuals at level one and physically disabled individuals at level two, one accompanying person can enjoy free admission with them.

        4. Journalists: Journalists can obtain free admission by presenting their press cards (issued by the National Press and Publication Administration or the National Radio and Television Administration) and their ID cards at the offline counter.

        5. Military personnel: Active-duty military personnel, veterans, and disabled military personnel (only Chinese military personnel) can obtain free admission by presenting valid identification at the offline counter.

        6. Veterans and Veterans' Preferential Treatment: People holding preferential certificates (issued by the Veterans Affairs Department for veterans, relatives of martyrs, and relatives of deceased military personnel) can enjoy free admission to the park.

        7. Police: National police officers, children of police heroes, and police auxiliary personnel in Guizhou Province can obtain free admission by presenting relevant valid identification at the offline counter.

        8. Students: Full-time middle and university students can enjoy a 50% discount on admission tickets by presenting their valid identification documents and valid student identification documents.

        9. "Talents Card" holders: Holders of the "Talents Card", "Anshun Talents Card", and "Anshun Talent Service Card", along with 5 accompanying persons (totaling no more than 6 people), can enjoy free admission to the park for unlimited times throughout the year.

      Note: The above ticket-free groups, except for children under 1.2 meters in height, do not include admission to the cruise ship, sightseeing vehicle, elevator, and scenic area accident insurance and other concessionary services.
