Three best and Three best
One of the "Three Best"
The longest and most beautiful karst cave in China
The underground rivers in Longgong are abundant and the groundwater system is complex. The total length of the karst caves that have been discovered so far is 5,000 meters, consisting of five caves: the first, second, third, fourth and fifth caves leading to Longgong. Currently, only the first and second caves are open, with a total length of 1,240 meters. The widest part is over 40 meters, the narrowest part is only 2 meters, the highest point is 110 meters, and the deepest part is 28 meters.

"Top Three" - Number Two
The largest cave waterfall in the country - Longmen Flying Waterfall
The water in the Dragon Palace flows from high to low. After completing its journey through the karst cave, it converges at the 50-meter-high and 26-meter-wide entrance of Longmen Cave and spurts down, forming a magnificent cave waterfall landscape - Longmen Flying Waterfall, which is truly magnificent. Known as the largest cave waterfall in China, Longmen Flying Waterfall is already spectacular even before visitors get close. From the bridge below the waterfall, looking up, the 34-meter-high water flow emerges from the crescent-shaped skylight on the top of the cave, like an angry dragon diving through the mountain and splitting rocks, with a magnificent momentum and a thousand horses galloping, extremely magnificent. The flow of this waterfall varies by about 70 times between flood and dry periods. During the flood period, the water of the flying waterfall often forms a colorful rainbow under the sunlight, adding an uncommon meteorological landscape.

The Third of the "Three Best"
The natural radiation dose rate is the lowest worldwide.
Longgong is the place with the lowest natural radiation dose rate in the world. Its value is only 0.22 X 10-8 grays per hour, which is only 1/30 of the natural radiation dose rate value given by the United Nations Atomic Energy Commission as the most suitable for human survival. The forest coverage is high, generally reaching 30% to over 90% in different regions. The air quality meets the national first-level standard and is rich in a large amount of negative oxygen ions. The water body meets the national second-class standard. It is very suitable for tourism, vacation and recuperation.

One of the "Three Wonders"
The unique whirlpool water spectacle - Xuan Tang
Xuan Tang is located between Ma Shan Mountain and Guanyin Cave in the Xuan Tang Scenic Area. It is a rare and wonderful landscape rarely seen in the country. It is a circular pond with a diameter of 101 meters and an area of 8,012 square meters. The water in the pond does not rely on wind power. It rotates clockwise day and night, year after year, without stopping. The green water hyacinths on the water surface move along with the water. This ancient and continuous rotating whirlpool pond is formed because the water flows along the tangent of the circular pond. The deepest part of the pond reaches 43 meters. There is a natural funnel that allows the water to flow into the underground river. Thus, an endless clockwise rotating water spectacle is formed. But the most peculiar thing is that the natural funnel will adjust the amount of water it sucks in according to the water volume. The more water that flows in, the faster it sinks; the less water that flows in, the slower it sinks. This keeps the water level of the pond always similar.

The Second of the "Three Wonders"
Natural Short Rivers
In the Xuan Tang Scenic Area, there are three natural short rivers. One is the Tong Xuan River, which is 2,600 meters long. The water is crystal clear and the river flows in a winding manner. Boating on the river allows one to admire the green willows hanging on both banks and the rural scenery on the banks, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of the Peach Blossom Spring. The other two are the Rulai Stream (600 meters long) and the Baibu Yuan (190 meters long). They both originate from the same source and flow in different directions, surrounding the Guanyin Cave mountain body, and finally disappear underground.

The Third of the "Three Wonders"
The largest cave temple in the country - Guanyin Cave
Guanyin Cave is one of the scenic spots in the Xuan Tang Scenic Area. It is a semi-open, semi-dispersed dry cave. The cave reaches a height of over 60 meters. The three halls are arranged in a horizontal position and rise and fall alternately, forming a three-dimensional tour route, which is very interesting. "Monks are numerous in famous mountains", but the construction of a temple in a cave is extremely rare throughout the country. The most distinctive feature of Guanyin Cave is that all the halls are not artificially built but natural caves. The Weide Dou Hall, Mili Hall, Great Buddha Hall, and Guanyin Hall, with a total area of over 20,000 square meters, have 32 Buddha statues in total, among which the Guanyin statue is as high as 12.6 meters. The surrounding mountains of Guanyin Cave are evenly distributed, resembling seven lotus throne-like pavilions of Guanyin. Under the mountains, there are thousands of green bamboos, and there is also clear water surrounding. Two short rivers emerge from a common source and flow in different directions to embrace the entire mountain. On the mountain walls, the three large characters "Guanyin Cave", each with an area of 16 square meters, were originally written by Zhao Puchu, the former president of the National Buddhist Association. The natural and artificial Buddha statues in the entire cave complement each other, making it the largest cave temple in the country.
