I had long heard that the mountains and rivers in Guizhou are beautiful and unique in their own way. But I didn't get the chance to visit there for half a year. All along, I had been planning to go and explore the mountains and enjoy the scenery.

However, I never found someone to go with me, and as a result, this plan was put on hold for a long time.

Good news is bringing us with the spring breeze: Guizhou University's media team has joined hands with the Guizhou branch of Ctrip to jointly launch a free travel program for college students in Guizhou Province.

(The funds are sponsored and supported by the Guizhou branch of Ctrip). I learned about this news immediately and signed up promptly. After selection, I became a member of the second team of the free travel group for college students in Guizhou Province.

In the month of March, with orioles and swallows singing together and flowers and trees dancing in harmony, my friends and I embarked on a journey to explore the "Dragon Palace" in Anshun. The "Dragon Palace" is remarkable for its underground rivers and caves, and integrates various karst geological landform features such as canyons, waterfalls, peak forests, sheer cliffs, streams, stone forests, and more. It is a key national scenic area. It boasts China's longest and most beautiful water cave, the largest cave temple, the largest cave waterfall, the lowest natural radiation dose rate in the world, and the most extensive and concentrated water and land caves. All of these are of high-quality scenic resources. For me, who was born in a plain area, everything was so novel. What excited me the most was that there was a group of friends who shared the same love for traveling with me!

Anshun's "Dragon Palace" truly deserves its status as a 5A-level national scenic spot. Wherever one looks, there is lush greenery, a beautiful landscape of magnificent mountains and clear waters. The vitality of nature is perfectly preserved here. Our first stop was the "Dragon Palace" cave waterfalls. On the way there, the friends had already become familiar with each other. While praising the beautiful scenery, they also didn't forget to take a few close-up photos with nature, creating joy among the mountains and water, and spreading throughout the entire journey. The waterfall scene of the "Dragon Palace" cave waterfalls is truly spectacular. Before you even arrive, the sound reaches you first. Following the small river, we traced its source. In ten minutes, we finally found the source of the loud sound. Just like a dragon spitting water, the rocks at the entrance of the cave are grotesque and terrifying, looking exactly like a huge dragon's mouth. Inside the cave, the waterfall pours down, deafening. Below the cave, the long river surges, flowing far and wide. Riding the sightseeing elevator, we reached the top of the "Dragon Mouth". But we found that there was a deep pool of clear water before the waterfall.

We set off by boat from the deep pool and began to enter the mysterious karst cave. According to our guide "Ximi Cao", there used to be a huge dragon in that cave, which could control the wind and rain and ensure a bountiful harvest in the area. The name "Dragon Palace" came from this. Before entering the cave, the kids started chattering excitedly and began to discuss whether there had been a dragon in the cave before, and the answers they came up with were all very strange. Everyone on the boat was amused. It seemed like another world, narrow and high, covered with strange rocks. Once you said a sentence, it could echo for a long time, as if you were conversing with those rocks. The air inside the cave was exceptionally fresh, and it had a faint smell of earth. As you breathed, your mind felt at ease and your spirit was refreshed. When all hope seems lost, there is always a way forward. Out

Beyond the cave, we witnessed another scene: at the top of the mountain, the temple gate was faintly visible, and purple smoke was rising.

I'm not a devout Buddhist myself, and I suspect that very few of my friends are either. But since we entered this Buddhist cave, we all became very solemn. The locals revere Buddhism and believe that by worshipping the Heavenly Buddha of the Universe, one can obtain peace and happiness. Tourists visiting here also follow local customs and burn incense to pray. Day after day, the purple incense smoke has formed a river, flowing out of the mountain. There are over a thousand dry caves on the mountain, and most of them have Buddha statues inside. Whenever we reach a place, some of our friends stop to pray. The entire journey through the Buddhist caves is filled with devotion.

Later, under the guidance of the tour guide "Ximi Cao", we walked through several small hills and took a boat ride across several small rivers. The lush mountains, the clear rivers, the laughing friends, made me completely intoxicated. And when a huge field of sunflowers appeared before my eyes, I was deeply shocked again - the largest single "Long" character flower field in the world is right among these flowers. This is a perfect combination of creativity and natural beauty, so perfect that no one won't be shocked the first time they see it. In the distance are the mountains, nearby are the rivers, and in the middle is the miracle!

When the sun began to glow red among the mountains, we said goodbye to the "Dragon Palace" in Anshun. On the way back, we were all still immersed in that magnificent scenery, exchanging photos with each other, sharing our joys, and exchanging contact information. I think this is also another aspect of the scenery of a journey - the friendships formed among the companions during the trip are the most sincere and enduring. After seeing the沿途scenery, we rode on the gentle breeze blowing from the setting sun, carrying the joy given to us by the "Dragon Palace", and speeding towards the south with laughter and singing!
