I. Selection Overview

(2) Selection Method: Invitation-based Selection.

(3) Selection Content: Review and issue an audit report for the settlement of the renovation and decoration project of the 2-4 floors of the office complex at Luobaowan Tourist Distribution Center, as well as the renovation and equipment installation project of the staff canteen.

II. Materials Required for Bidders' Registration

(1) If the applicant's legal representative attends the opening meeting, they must present the original identity certificate of the legal representative, the original ID card of the applicant, and a copy of the business license with the official seal of the applicant's unit.

(2) If the applicant's authorized agent attends the opening meeting, they must present the original authorization letter, the original identity certificate of the legal representative, the original ID card of the authorized person, and a copy of the business license with the official seal of the applicant's unit.

(3) Business scope requirement: The bidder must have independent legal person status, a valid business license or a public institution legal person certificate, and the business scope of the license must include the relevant business types.

IV. Opening Time and Location: As specified in the invitation-based selection document.

V. Maximum Bid Limit: Calculated according to the "Reference Standards for Construction Project Cost Consulting Services in Guizhou Province" (Cost Association [2021] No. 10), with a maximum bid limit reduction of 20%.

VI. Evaluation Method: According to the selection document, the bidder with the highest comprehensive score will be the first winning bidder, and the ranking will be determined in sequence.
