1.2 Selection Method: Invitation-based Selection.

1.3 Service Scope: Complete all the services related to the entire process of land application for the temporary parking lot of Taizi Village of Longgong Scenic Area, including document preparation, coordination with relevant departments, coordination for submission and approval, and handling of all supporting procedures until obtaining the complete land-related approval documents.

2. Requirements for Bidders: Provide a valid business license and possess independent legal person status.

3. Bidders' Application Materials to be Submitted: 

3.1 If the applicant's legal representative attends the opening ceremony, they must present the original identity certificate of the legal representative, the original ID card of the legal representative, the business license, the account opening license (or basic account information), and the copies of all these documents must be stamped with the official seal of the applicant's organization;

7. Evaluation Method: Evaluation based on the lowest bid method. The final bid price will be ranked from the lowest to the highest as the winning candidate.
